In June 2024, Singaporean households will receive $300 in CDC Vouchers as part of the upgraded Assurance Package. These vouchers aim to support families and also boost local businesses.

These vouchers started with a collaboration between the government and the Community Development Councils (CDCs). The vouchers will be issued to each household and can be used at various heartland merchants, street vendors, and also supermarkets. This first installment is part of a larger scheme, totaling $800 in CDC Vouchers for 2024.

The second installment of $300 will be distributed in January 2025, bringing the total to $1,100 per household over two years. Supermarkets and merchants eligible for the vouchers will receive the same amount for their purchases. 

Where to Use CDC Vouchers?

You can use your CDC Vouchers at certain hawkers, heartland shops, and supermarkets. To find these places, go to vouchers.cdc.gov.sg. There, you can search by the name of a stall, street name, or postal code to see where you can use the vouchers. Look for a special sticker at the stalls and shops to know they accept the vouchers. You can also use the CDC Map on the website to find all the places near you.

How to Claim CDC Voucher 2024?

To claim the CDC Vouchers in 2024, Singaporean households can follow these steps:

• Go to the Official Website vouchers.cdc.gov.sg.
• Look for the "Claim Now" button in the CDC Voucher 2024 section and click on it.
• Use your Singpass account credentials to log in securely.
• After successful login, a link to access your voucher will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS.

In Budget 2024, the Government announced that it will work with the Community Development Councils (CDCs) to give all Singaporean households an extra $600 in CDC Vouchers. These will be given in two parts: $300 at the end of June 2024 and $300 in January 2025.

Each set of CDC Vouchers can be used at participating heartland merchants, hawkers, and supermarkets. In total, Singaporean households will receive $800 in CDC Vouchers in 2024, including $500 already given in January 2024, and another $300 in 2025. This means each household will get a total of $1,100 in CDC Vouchers over these two years.
