PNB Dividend 2024 Record Date, Dividend History, Q4 Results and Share Price

PNB Dividend 2024 Record Date

Punjab National Bank (PNB) has announced the record date for its 2024 dividend payment. The record date is set for Saturday, June 22, 2024. Shareholders who hold PNB shares on or before this date will be eligible to receive a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share, which is 75% of the face value of Rs. 2 per share.

The dividend is for the financial year 2023-24 and is subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Additionally, the book closure period, during which no share transfers will be processed, will be from Sunday, June 23, 2024, to Saturday, June 29, 2024.

Punjab National Bank (PNB) is an Indian government-owned public sector bank based in New Delhi. Founded in May 1894, it is the second-largest public sector bank in India by business volume. PNB serves over 180 million customers through its extensive network of 12,248 branches and more than 13,000 ATMs. Internationally, PNB operates PNB International Bank in the UK, with seven branches, and has branches in Hong Kong, Kowloon, Dubai, and Kabul.

It also maintains representative offices in Almaty (Kazakhstan), Dubai (UAE), Shanghai (China), Oslo (Norway), and Sydney (Australia).
