MANYAVAR

Net Profit: The company reported a 6.3% increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 115.79 crore.
Revenue: Revenue from operations increased to Rs 363.15 crore, up from Rs 355.06 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.
Dividend: Vedant Fashions declared a dividend of Rs 8.50 per equity share.
Performance: Despite the increase in profits, the company’s performance in FY24 was impacted by lower weddings nationally and muted consumer sentiments.
Stock Performance: Vedant Fashions’ stock erased intraday losses even as the Q4 results did not impress the market.
Gross Margin: The company continues to report an industry-leading gross margin of around 67.1%.
EBITDA Margins: Were around 49%, and the EBITDA stood at around INR 178 crores
MANYAVAR Q4 Dividend
Manyavar's parent company, Vedant Fashions, declared a dividend for the fourth quarter (Q4).
Shareholders who qualify will receive a dividend of Rs 8.50 for each share they own.
This dividend is subject to approval at the company's Annual General Meeting.
The dividend is for the financial year ending March 31, 2024.
On that day, Vedant Fashions' shares closed 0.46% higher on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) at Rs 953.95 each.
