RITES Ltd., a Public Enterprise transport infrastructure consultancy, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) On June 14th with Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC), under the Ministry of Power, to enhance rail infrastructure management across DVC’s private railway network in West Bengal and Jharkhand.

The collaboration focuses on comprehensive maintenance and operational management of crucial railway assets, including railway sidings, signalling and telecommunication (S&T) systems, and 25KV Overhead Electrification (OHE) isolators.

RITES will undertake Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for railway sidings, oversee operations and maintenance of S&T systems, and manage the operation of 25KV OHE isolators within the designated areas.
