1. Shri Niranjan Sonak - Executive Director (Commercial)

   • Education: B. Tech (Chemical Engineering), PGDMM (Marketing), National Certification for Energy Managers (BEE).
   • Experience: 34 years at RCF, including 10 years in industrial production, 7 years in commercial and purchase departments, and 13 years in urea production.
   • Award: Corporate Excellence Award for 2022-23.

2. Shri Sanjeev Haralikar - General Manager (HR, Admin, ETP)

   • Education: B.E. (Chemical Engineering) from Padmabhushan Vasantdada Patil Institute of Technology, Advanced Diploma in Computer Software & Systems Analysis.
   • Experience: Joined RCF in 1991, has served in various roles at RCF Thal, including urea plant and effluent treatment plant.

3. Shri Sudhir G Koli - General Manager (Workshop/PHS)

   • Education: A.M.I.E. (B.E.) (Mechanical Engineering) from Institution of Engineers Kolkata.
   • Experience: Joined RCF in 1985, has worked in various capacities at RCF Thal, including heavy water plant, auto workshop, steam generation plant, and central workshop.

4. Shri Abhay J Kalbande - General Manager (Ammonia)

   • Education: B.Tech. (Chemical Engineering) from Laxmi Narayan Institute of Technology Nagpur, Certified Energy Auditor from Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE).
   • Experience: Joined RCF in 1991, has served in various roles at RCF Thal, including ammonia plant and steam generation plant.

5. Shri V Magesh - General Manager (Mechanical - Amm/Urea)

   • Education: B.E. (Mechanical Engineering) from Government Engineering College, Bilaspur.
   • Experience: Joined RCF in 1993, has worked in various capacities at RCF Thal, including the chemical group of plant, urea plant, and ammonia plant.
