BHEL Q4 Results 2024


The Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited was founded at the time of independence with a high-pressure boiler plant in Tiruchirapalli. The company is now one of the top power plant generator builders through the ICB (international competitive bidding) method and has done exemplary well both in the domestic market and the international market.

The company is moving ahead with a new model from revenue-centric to project-centric, and it is also increasing its capabilities through new innovation and escape from natural and man-made black swan events. The company has 16 manufacturing units and has completed more than 140+ projects abroad.

BHEL Q4 Results 2024 

The BHEL Q4 results will be released on May 21st, 2024, after the conference call that is going to be held on that day. The company, according to its announcement to BSE on May 15th, stated this publicly.

In that announcement, the timing of the call is said to be 18.30–19.30 IST, and the meeting will be addressed by the chairman and managing director, K. Sada Siva Murthy, and the management team.

After the conference call, the Q4 results will be released either to BSE or on the company’s investor relations tab for perusal by the public and investors alike after the call ends, and the final dividend will also be decided on that conference call.

BHEL Q3 Results 

BHEL released its Q3 results on February 13th, after the conference call. Overall income for that quarter was 56,079 million rupees, and the net profit for that quarter was 1,627 million rupees. The full unaudited report for Q3 is given below.

BHEL Share Price 

BHEL's share price for today started at Rs 311. The mid-day price was 316 Rs, and when the stock market ended at 4. p.m., the price was 319 Rs. The company share price for the past 5 days has appreciated well from 290 Rs per share to 319 Rs due to better anticipation of Q4 results, which are going to be released on May 21 late in the evening.
