ADANIENT Q4 Results 2024

Adani Enterprises released their Q4 results after the board meetings that were held on May 2nd from 1.00 p.m. to 2.40 p.m. As the company is large and has a lot of verticals and subsidiaries within its purview, we have given a basic gist of the total income and loss compared with a year-on-year basis for the previous quarter. 

In this report, the company has reported a 35.2% approximate increase in total income from the previous quarter, and expenses rose to 34.1% approximately from the previous quarter of the same year. The firm’s financial report for FY23–24 shows that profit was down by 38% and loss increased by approximately 69.12% compared to the previous year. 

ADANIENT Board Meetings 

Adani Enterprises had board meetings on May 2nd from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., in which the board of directors had to decide a lot of things, but the most important primary thing was to discuss the standalone and consolidated audited figures for the quarter that ended on March 31st.

Next, convene the 32nd Annual General Meeting on June 24, 2024, at 2:30 p.m., either through video conference or via audio call. The board also discussed Mr. Rajesh S. Adnai and Pranav V. Adani's postings to be extended for 5 more years based on the tenure-ending date. The board also discussed the dividend payment schedule that needs to be approved by the shareholders at the upcoming AGM. 

ADANIENT Dividend Date 

Adani Enterprises has announced its dividend date of June 30, 2024, with a dividend price of Rs. 1.30 per equity share with a face value of Rs. 1 that needs to be approved during the upcoming AGM.

The company also announced June 14 as the record date, which will determine who is entitled to the share dividend. The annual general meeting will be held on June 24, 2024, and will decide the dividend amount. Once it's agreed on, the shareholders will get a dividend profit.
