Tata Communications Limited has announced that the 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 11:00 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means.

The agenda includes the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ending March 31, 2024, the declaration of a dividend, and the reappointment of Mr. N. Ganapathy Subramaniam as a director.

The company has set Monday, July 1, 2024, as the Record Date to determine the entitlement of members to the final dividend for FY 2023-24. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Tuesday, July 2, 2024, to Friday, July 5, 2024, both days inclusive.
